- Go to your App Store or use the "Downloader" app.

- Enter the Username, Password, and Portal URL we emailed you.
- Click Login and wait for the categories to load.
Samsung & LG Smart TVs
- Open your TV's App Store.
- Search for and install "IBO Player" or "Flix IPTV".
- Open the app and note the "Device MAC Address" displayed on the screen.
- Provide this MAC address to our support team, or log into the app's website to upload your M3U link.
- Restart the app on your TV.
